This Sad Nets Fan’s Insight

Tonight the New Jersey Nets face the Chicago Bulls tonight at The Prudential Center, or better yet known as ” The Rock”  As an unfortunate Nets fan, the most I can look forward to is just hoping we make it somewhat close so I know we still have somewhat of a faint glimpse of hope.  The season essentially went down the drain when star center, Brook Lopez, hurt his right foot forcing him to sit out for over two months.  Rookie MarShon Brooks provided a much needed spark but of course as being a nets fan, he got hurt as well(toe) and is now out indefinitely and his return date is not set in stone.  Why can’t Anthony Marrow, shooting guard, put up 42 points like he did last week?  Besides that man in the picture above, point guard Deron Williams, Kris Humphries is all we got seeing how he is averaging a double-double so far in this short NBA season ( 10.5 RPG + 13.5 PPG).  Oh well, I gotta go but I’ll report after the game to see the Nets came within at least 15, but I’m not getting my hopes up…..at least the New York Football Giants are CHAMPIONS!!
